Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

This website provides information about our shop — what we carry, our rooms, and how to find us. It is offered for your general information.

Accuracy

We try to keep everything here current, but details change: hours, availability, what is in the humidor, and membership terms. Information on this site is not an offer or a binding quotation. Please call before making a journey for something specific.

Age and legal purchase

Our products are age-restricted. Under federal law and Pennsylvania law, tobacco products may be sold only to people aged 21 and over. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell tobacco to anyone under 21, and we check identification in the shop.

Our content

The text, images, layout, and name on this site are ours or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not republish or sell the content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Using the site properly

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or interfere with its operation.
• Do not scrape or copy the content by automated means without permission.

Links to other sites

We link elsewhere in a few places — our Instagram, a map. We do not control those sites and a link is not an endorsement.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
